The Benefits of Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is an ancient but little-known yogic practice that’s becoming increasingly popular as both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation.

Benefits include reduced stress and better sleep.  It also has the potential to heal psychological wounds, and can bring about a profound sense of joy and well being.

Aim to do it the same time every day, and try not to fall asleep!
